Palace Hotel Tachikawa

It was the standard double room with a very well maintained bathroom. The breakfast choices were satisfactory!

Everything was modern, very amiable staff, absolutely perfect location not far from the shopping village, the train station, restaurants and shopping and again good restaurants. Good sized units where the decor had been updated, liked it.

I enjoyed my stay in the modern standard twin room with its convenient layout and unbeatable access to numerous restaurants nearby.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and the mainline station that goes straight into the city, as well as a bridge to shopping malls. the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. the bathroom had all necessary amenities, including great water pressure in the shower. the service was very accommodating, with staff speaking English and always available to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options, with something for everyone to enjoy. the hotel had free wifi and plenty of outlets for charging devices.

The communal ironing board could get busy during peak hours.

The value for money at Palace Hotel was great! We got a spacious and attractively decorated room with a fantastic view. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the mainline station that took us straight into Tokyo.

Great location near big malls, restaurants, and train station. Easy access from the airport. the staff is polite and helpful, and the room was nice and clean, with enough space to move around comfortably. the hot water urn and free wired internet access were a plus.

The corridors' carpets were a bit dirty, and the communal ironing board was sometimes busy. slippers were provided in the room to keep them clean.
